Yoshimoto Vietnam holds a license for production management consulting. We analyze production issues at our partner factories and support improvements in process efficiency and quality awareness.
For customers, this work happens behind the scenes, but it is part of why our network can offer stable quality at competitive cost, and why many of our partnerships have lasted for years.
What does your one-stop sourcing include?
Material procurement, CNC machining, surface treatment and coating, assembly coordination, inspection, and export packing and documentation, all managed by Yoshimoto Vietnam as one supplier.
Can you arrange surface treatment and coating?
Yes. Anodizing, plating, coating and other finishes are arranged through our partner network and included in the same order.
Do you handle assembly?
We coordinate sub-assembly and fine-tuning when your parts need to arrive assembled. Please share your assembly drawings and requirements.
Can you source imported materials?
Yes. For materials with limited availability in Vietnam, such as certain ASTM-grade steels and special aluminum tempers, we coordinate import sourcing.
How are parts shipped?
Parts are packed securely for export and shipped with the required documents, by air freight (typically 3–5 days) or sea freight.
