Metals We Machine

ASTM A572, ASTM A519 C1026, S45C, SS400, and equivalent grades. Bar, plate, and tube stock sourced for machining.

A5052, A6061, A7075. For A2017, T351 temper recommended for improved dimensional stability during machining.

SUS304, SUS316, and equivalent grades for both machining and fabrication.

Yoshimoto Vietnam regularly machines parts to JIS B 0405 tolerance classes, including precision bores and bosses with H7/H8 fits, controlled surface finishes for sealing and sliding applications, and geometric tolerances down to 0.02–0.05 mm depending on part size.

Important Note: Casting

Yoshimoto Vietnam currently focuses on machined components produced from bar, plate, and tube stock. We do not directly operate casting production (sand casting, investment casting, ductile iron casting, etc.). For projects that include cast components, please contact us to discuss available options — we are actively expanding our supplier network in this area.

What materials can Yoshimoto Vietnam machine?

Can Yoshimoto Vietnam supply cast metal parts?

Not directly at this time. Yoshimoto Vietnam specializes in machined parts from bar, plate, and tube stock. We are expanding our network of casting partners and welcome inquiries to discuss future collaboration.

Does Yoshimoto Vietnam source imported materials?

Yes. For materials with limited domestic availability, such as certain ASTM-grade steels and specific aluminum tempers, we coordinate import sourcing through established supplier channels.

Can Yoshimoto Vietnam advise on material selection?

Yes. Our team can support material selection based on your application’s mechanical, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability requirements.
