    How soon will you reply?

    We reply within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, Vietnam time, GMT+7), including a quote and any manufacturability (DFM) feedback.

    What should I include in my inquiry?

    Your drawings (3D STEP or IGES plus a 2D PDF with tolerances), quantity, material, finish and required delivery date. Missing details are fine; we will ask.

    Will my drawings be kept confidential?

    Yes. Drawings are used only for quoting and production, and we never disclose customer designs. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share drawings.

    My files are larger than 16 MB. How do I send them?

    Please email them to info@yoshimoto.vn, or send a download link from a file-sharing service.
