Since entering the Vietnamese market in 2012, we have visited over 200 local factories and built strong relationships through technical support and collaboration. Leveraging over 50 years of experience in metal processing in Japan, we carefully selected and cultivated our current network of partner factories. As a result, we have established a robust supplier base with approximately 30 trusted manufacturing partners, primarily located in Ho Chi Minh City.

Independent Material Inspection Before Production

We understand that when manufacturing overseas, many clients may have concerns about the availability and authenticity of materials compared to domestic sourcing. It’s only natural to want full assurance that the materials meet your specified requirements before proceeding with production. At Yoshimoto Vietnam, we conduct independent material inspections prior to machining to ensure compliance with your specifications. Additionally, if you require material certificates or documentation confirming RoHS compliance, we are fully prepared to provide them upon request.

At Yoshimoto Vietnam, we pride ourselves on our ability to handle a wide variety of machining needs thanks to our diverse lineup of equipment, including machining centers, CNC lathes, automatic lathes, wire-cutting machines, and grinding machines. Furthermore, our robust quality control system enables a stable and scalable external production structure, allowing us to respond flexibly to various customer requirements.
In addition to machining, we also handle heat treatment and surface finishing processes with the same high level of care and expertise.
