We machine aluminum alloys (A2017, A5052, A6061, A6063, A7075), stainless steel (SUS303, SUS304, SUS316/316L, SUS420J2, SUS440C), carbon, alloy and tool steel (S45C, S50C, SCM435, SCM440, SS400, SKD11, ASTM A572, ASTM A519), copper alloys (C1100, C3604) and engineering plastics (PEEK, POM, MC Nylon, PTFE, PC, PVC). Other materials are available on request — please share your specifications.
What file formats do you accept for quoting?
We accept CAD files (STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF), PDFs, and hand sketches with dimensions. If you have a drawing in any format, please send it and we will review it for manufacturability and provide a quote within 3 business days.
Is CNC machining in Vietnam cheaper than in China?
It depends on the part. Vietnam can offer a lower total landed cost, helped by competitive labor costs and trade agreements such as EVFTA and CPTPP, but actual savings vary with part complexity, material and order volume. We provide a transparent quote so you can compare directly against your current supplier.
What lead times can I expect?
Typical prototype lead time from Yoshimoto Vietnam is 7–14 days. Production lead times depend on part complexity, quantity and factory workload, and we quote realistic, workload-based lead times rather than optimistic estimates. Air freight usually adds 3–5 days.
